Hey all,
I am home now, currently sitting on my butt in Snohomish, Wa, spending far too much time on the computer. It's pretty crazy how luxurious endless energy and internet are. Yes, I'm feeling a little spoiled rotten.

So, I've been home for almost two weeks and have been putting off writing most things! I'm not quite sure why. At the beginning of June, I trekked from Haiti to the Netherlands (with a short stint in S. Carolina to see some very cute and entertaining nephews, my sister, and brother-in-law) for the wedding of Dustin and Annelies, my partners in crime in Haiti. They met in Haiti in early 2008 and have been waiting for this date (June 10) for a long time. I was more than happy to see the day finally come since I am such a huge fan of this couple. I've posted one of my favorite pictures from the day.

My mom accompanied me. We had a great time with the people there. Being with so many "Haiti people" I had never met or never met outside of Haiti, was pretty unreal. It was crazy to be all under one roof and share stories of how Haiti has been a part of our lives in so many different ways and time periods. Thank you Dustin and Annelies for the occasion...
