For the past month we have been staying at a school here in Port-au-Prince called Quisqueya Christian School. After the quake, as school was put on hold, it was turned into a disaster relief center. For the past two months they have been housing, feeding, and taking good care of up to 150-200 medical workers at a time. They are plugged into the network of hospitals and clinics that are functioning around the city in order to dispatch and transport every person, every day, to a setting who needs their skills the most. I have seen personally that this operation is amazing to say the least. It sounds like they plan to continue in this regard for a few more months. They do not charge for teams to stay, so if you or anyone you know still wants to donate to help in Haiti, this would be a good place to do it. That's my plug for ya.
