Our newest guest in our house. We've had Frisner for about a week and a half now. His mom died two weeks ago. He is 7 months, but he has to be more since he is starting to babble quite a bit (he is killing us with his little voice and we somehow forget how frustrated we get when he is crying his head off for hours). We want him to be adopted to be a brother to Isaac, the twin we took to House of Hope, but the adoptive parents are still deciding. Frisner's dad didn't even have to think twice about saying yes to him being adopted out...sad. We took him into our house because he was in the care of his 16 year old cousin who left him sitting on the bed all by himself all day. He vomited most of what we fed him the first night. After a few days and time with Miss Will (the dutch nurse who was staying here) he is doing great. He's sitting on my lap right now, strapped in the baby backpack (thanks Sara!), trying to pick my nose..thanks Frisner.
We are not sure what we are going to do with him in the mean time. We all have a sense of urgency that he shouldn't go back to his home, but don't have a clear answer yet of what to do.
