Thanksgiving

After another long day and another new baby born, the Thanksgiving cooking started at 6:30pm, but it turned out to be a pretty awesome dinner with the three of us. The tradition lives on in Haiti; I think everyone could say they were stuffed. Manyok, gravy, stuffing, canned salmon turned into salmon/bean patties! (thanks Boss Ben for leaving us that treat). Even with brownies for dessert, the best part of the day was sitting outside under the stars wrapped in a blanket (because it was freezing!) and talking to my whole family on the phone.
